Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success team. You will design and deliver complex Box-based solutions, driving adoption and ensuring customer success.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape GTM initiatives, forecast capacity, and support bookings. The role requires deep API knowledge, cloud architecture, and strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Speak to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud architecture experience (APIs, DevOps, middleware, scale).
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET or Visualforce.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver industry playbooks for repeatable success.
• Collaborate across Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM.
• Forecast capacity and meet revenue targets.
• Team with Solutions Consultants to support bookings.
• Driver's license may be required for onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Define and build complex Box solutions across customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Box platform.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities.
• Advise on application design for document vaults and CRM integrations; migrate data.
• Answer deep technical questions during meetings and calls; create scope docs and specs.
