Job summary

Tubi TV is seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead a lean, AI-first team responsible for planning, executing, and shipping large-scale programs across the Tech Org. You will own complex, company-level programs and the customer experience end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, data science, and finance leaders.

You will define a multi-year strategy, build and mentor high-performing teams, and implement AI-enabled operating models to scale the org

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management or operations experience.
• 4+ years leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on record designing and shipping agentic workflows or automations.
• Ability to engage engineering executives on feasibility and sequencing.
• Executive-level communication across organizations with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and 12-month roadmap for Product Support Operations.
• Lead and recruit top TPM and Customer Experience talent; set high performance bar.
• Operate as player-coach: design, ship, and maintain agentic workflows.
• Own execution of complex programs across orgs and external partners; measure impact.
• Define AI-enabled operating model to scale the organization with minimal overhead.
• Own customer support operating model end-to-end and feed voice of customer to exec planning.
• Implement planning cycles, reviews, and org-wide communications to raise delivery quality.
• Advise executives and secure resources for strategic priorities.
