Job summary

Tubi is seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead the team that plans, executes, and ships critical initiatives across the Tech Org, serving 100M+ monthly active users. This AI-first group blends TPM and Customer Experience to drive high-impact programs at scale.

You will own multi-year strategy, run end-to-end programs with cross‑functional partners, and shape the AI-enabled operating model while staying hands-on. Hybrid role across SF/NY/LA/Toronto offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management or operations experience
• 4+ years leading and developing teams
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-org programs
• Hands-on design, shipping, and maintaining agentic workflows or automations
• Strong ability to engage engineering leadership on feasibility and tradeoffs
• Executive-level communication and influence across competing priorities
• Experience in customer experience, support operations, or voice-of-customer programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and 12-month roadmap for Product Support Operations
• Lead, develop, and recruit TPM and Customer Experience team members
• Operate as player-coach: design, ship, and maintain agentic workflows
• Own execution of complex, company-level programs across orgs and partners
• Define AI-enabled operating model to scale the org
• Own customer support operating model and voice of the customer in planning
• Implement and lead execution systems to raise delivery quality
• Advise executives and secure resources to deliver priorities
