Job summary

Tubi is seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead a lean, AI-first team responsible for planning, executing, and shipping enterprise initiatives across the Tech Org. You will own multi-year strategy, complex programs, and the customer experience function end to end while guiding executive cadence and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management or operations experience.
• 4+ years leading and developing teams.
• Builder with hands-on design, shipping, and maintenance of agentic workflows or automations.
• Deep technical fluency to engage engineering executives on feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Leader who delegates and develops others while still delivering.
• Strong portfolio management judgment and prioritization aligned to company strategy.
• Executive-level communication with cross-organizational influence.
• Experience in customer experience, support operations, or voice-of-customer programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategy and 12-month roadmap for Product Support Operations, aligning with company objectives.
• Lead, develop, and recruit TPM and Customer Experience team members, with direct feedback and performance management.
• Operate as a player-coach: design, ship, and maintain agentic workflows and lead high-stakes programs.
• Own execution of the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs with cross-organization impact.
• Define the org's AI-enabled operating model to scale without added overhead.
• Own the customer support operating model end to end, with voice of the customer feeding executive planning.
• Implement and lead execution systems to raise delivery quality across the Tech Org.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, driving alignment on priorities and securing resources.
