Tubi seeks a Director of Product, Discovery & AI to define the future of content discovery for 100M+ monthly viewers. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for recommendations, ranking, personalization, search, and AI-powered experiences across TubI.

This is a highly technical product leadership role at the intersection of machine learning, consumer product, and entertainment. You will partner with engineering, ML, and data science teams to build state-of-the-art recommendation

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Ability to partner with senior engineering, ML, and data science leaders on model architecture, experimentation strategy, infrastructure investments, and technical roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of machine learning evaluation methodologies.
• Passion for applying AI/ML technologies to solve complex consumer problems.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for recommendations, ranking, personalization, search, and AI-powered experiences.
• Lead the growth and development of a high-performing product management team.
• Partner with ML, data science, and engineering leaders to advance large-scale recommendation systems and foundation models.
• Analyze performance of AI/ML approaches and inform content acquisition and programming decisions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to create competitive advantages for Tubi.
