Job summary

Tubi seeks a Director of Product, Discovery & AI to define the future of content discovery for 100M+ monthly viewers. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for recommendations, ranking, personalization, and AI-powered experiences across Tubi.

This is a highly technical product leadership role collaborating with engineering, ML, and data science to build state-of-the-art recommendation systems and foundation models that shape viewer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building consumer products.
• 4+ years leading product teams.
• Deep experience with ML approaches, recommender systems, and foundation models.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the discovery stack: recommendations, ranking, search, personalization.
• Partner with ML/engineering leaders on model architecture and delivery.
• Drive strategy and roadmap to achieve growth and engagement.
• Oversee AI-enabled content discovery and acquisition decisions.
• Lead a high-performing PM team and coordinate cross-functional work.
