Bask Health, a leading telehealth platform, is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise accounts. You will onboard customers, drive adoption, expand usage, and renew contracts while collaborating with product, sales, and marketing to deliver measurable value.

This remote role supports East Coast hours and requires strong written and verbal communication, creative problem solving, and a data-driven mindset.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or a SaaS organization.
• Experience with large- to enterprise-sized customer book of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Build strong relationships with Bask's customers and own the full customer lifecycle.
• Onboard, drive value realization, and plan engagement strategies.
• Develop programs to drive adoption and renewals with key stakeholders.
• Analyze engagement metrics and report value and opportunities.
• Deliver product demos and provide technical answers.
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate across teams.
