Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive AI-enabled insights for brand strategy across therapeutic areas in the United States. You will oversee secondary analytics, maintain fluency in treatment landscapes, and guide analyses by patient segments and care settings.

You will champion AI innovation, direct data sources, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Hybrid onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in biopharma analytics or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of AI or advanced-analytics innovation within a commercial analytics or insights function.
• Experience supporting a specialty care brand or pharma data environments.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive insights for brand strategy and tactics using secondary analytics.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics and dashboards to surface risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams, IIS, Data Science, and Data Strategy teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for VP and C-suite.
