Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Field Enablement Specialist to own the in-person adoption experience for our customers as they roll out AI across their properties. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and the customer education team, acting as both trainer and trusted consultant: diagnosing how a customer's business actually works, then building and delivering the live programs that turn new users into product experts.

This isn't a script-and-deliver role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role.
• Ability to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish fluently.
• Experience translating education resources into live trainings for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for in-person client sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions that give customers a deep working understanding of our products.
• Consult with customers to customize workshops to their specific workflows rather than using a generic deck.
• Co-build AI-powered training tools and client-specific modules for sharper future sessions.
• Close the feedback loop by bringing back actionable input from the field to product and education teams.
• Iterate in real time, spotting gaps and adjusting the approach during training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve customer training in line with product and business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in training and onboarding and share new methods with the team.
• Represent EliseAI and help attract top talent to join the team.
• Travel up to 75% of the time; in-person training is primarily onsite with clients.
