Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Field Enablement Specialist to own the in-person adoption experience for customers rolling out AI across properties. You’ll train, diagnose workflows, and co-build AI-powered training tools with the education team, acting as a trusted consultant in the field.

This role requires traveling up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person sessions, designing tailored, interactive workshops, and aligning training with client operations and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing training or coaching role.
• Experience translating education resources into live training.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to quickly learn and demonstrate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive live training sessions and workshops.
• Customize workshops to client workflows and needs.
• Co-build AI-powered training tools with the customer education team.
• Capture actionable field feedback to influence product.
