EY is seeking a Senior UX/Interaction Designer to shape how people interact with AI systems across web, app, and multimodal surfaces. You will own the experience architecture, translating user research into production-ready solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, AI, security, and research teams to deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• A portfolio of shipped interaction design, design engineering, frontend engineering, or HCI work.

Aufgaben

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable patterns for AI-assisted products.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components for web/app surfaces.
• Translate user intent into interaction specifications including uncertainty, memory, and permissions.
• Measure task completion, effort, and trust calibration; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
