Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a senior UX/interaction designer to shape how people work with AI across web, app, and multimodal surfaces. You will own the interaction architecture, translate insights from research into production-ready solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and research teams to deliver trustworthy experiences.

The Challenger program focuses on innovative services; up to 50% travel and hybrid office in the US are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• A portfolio of shipped interaction design or HCI work showing thinking and implementation.
• Production proficiency in modern web or application technologies delivering responsive components.
• Experience designing for AI, search, recommendation, or adaptive systems.
• Knowledge of semantic UI, WCAG, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, and assistive-technology testing.
• Experience extending reusable component libraries and supporting adoption across product teams.

Aufgaben

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable patterns for AI-assisted products.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users, including assistive technologies.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components for web, app, conversational, or multimodal surfaces.
• Translate user intent into interaction specs for clarification, memory, permissions, and actions.
• Make plans, evidence, tool activity, costs, and outcomes legible for users.
• Design controls for preview, approval, interruption, edit, undo, retry, escalation, and human takeover.
• Measure task completion, effort, correction burden, recovery, and trust; partner with specialists to improve the experience.
