EY is seeking a senior UX designer to invent how people and AI work together. You will design interaction patterns and own the experience architecture for AI-assisted products, translating research into production-ready solutions across product, engineering, AI, security, and research teams.

The Challenger program builds adaptive services; you will deliver high-fidelity prototypes and accessible components for web, app, and multimodal surfaces while maintaining transparency and human control.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in UX design or product design.
• Portfolio of shipped interaction design or HCI work.
• Production proficiency in modern web technologies.
• Experience designing for AI, search, or adaptive systems.
• Knowledge of semantic UI and accessibility standards.

Aufgaben

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable AI patterns.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components.
• Translate user intent into interaction specifications.
• Make plans, progress, tool activity, costs, and outcomes legible.
• Design controls for preview, approval, interruption, and human takeover.
• Measure task completion, effort, and trust; partner with cross-domain teams.
