Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product design or UX for AI systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Portfolio of shipped interaction design or HCI work showing thinking and implementation.
• Production proficiency in modern web technologies delivering responsive components.
• Experience designing for AI, search, or adaptive systems.
• Command of semantic UI, WCAG, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, and assistive testing.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid office availability.

Responsabilidades

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable patterns.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components.
• Translate user intent into interaction specifications with constraints.
• Make plans, costs, and outcomes legible for stakeholders.
• Design controls for preview, approval, interruption, and human takeover.
• Measure task completion and trust calibration with cross-functional teams.
