Job summary

Search & Strategy is seeking a Board Advisor for AI Execution & Advisory to contribute remotely on a quarterly basis. The role focuses on testing execution models, governance, and the human-in-the-loop aspects of AI programs, with a strong emphasis on risk and regulatory considerations.

Ideal candidates have a track record of leading enterprise AI initiatives from pilot to production, plus experience in governance, risk management, and consulting leadership.

Qualifications

• Operator with enterprise AI program experience and can describe organizational work rather than technical.
• Transformation leadership in AI-enabled initiatives with cross-functional impact.
• Familiar with governance, risk, and regulatory considerations in AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Pressure-test the execution methodology against real-world scale observations.
• Advise on human-in-the-loop design and oversight posture in AI programs.
• Navigate governance and regulatory trajectories (model risk, AI Act, sector supervision).
• Explain the economics of embedded engagements and claimed returns to clients.
• Review engagement design during initial launch phase to ensure wins are sustained.
