Search & Strategy is seeking a remote Board Advisor for AI Talent & Search to help calibrate AI leadership market intelligence. This seat is designed to provide insights into assessment methods, compensation reality, and candidate sourcing strategies on a quarterly basis.

Expect roughly 4–6 hours per quarter with directness and the willingness to be quoted. This is a real advisory role with substantive engagement and no implied exposure-only compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring AI/data/platform leadership at scale and can explain predictors of success.
• Ability to review and critique advisory board membership and rosters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assessment methodology and its predictive value for performance.
• Analyze compensation reality and market pricing for AI leadership seats.
• Identify under-weighted sourcing pools and potential candidates.
• Define client-facing role specifications for chief AI officer and related seats.
• Occasional direct input to live search strategy and outreach.
