Job summary

Trident Tech seeks a Business Analyst III to lead technology training and AI adoption across college systems. The role designs materials, delivers programs, and collaborates across IT, departments, and leadership to boost digital literacy and productivity.

The candidate will develop resources, stay current with AI trends, ensure security standards, and support change management to advance enterprise technologies and digital workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Experience designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital workplace technologies, or IT initiatives.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and their practical application in workplace productivity and learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain training materials and resources for enterprise apps and digital workplace technologies, using AI tools where appropriate.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for adoption of enterprise technologies.
• Assess organizational training needs and identify knowledge gaps to support technology adoption initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies and AI trends to identify opportunities for training and professional development.
• Update training programs to stay current with evolving business needs and tech initiatives.
• Develop and adhere to documentation standards, procedures, and security requirements; support change management.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and external partners to improve processes through training.
• Provide excellent customer service as a technology learning resource; contribute to a service-oriented culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
