Job summary

MSI Company is seeking a Technology & AI Training Specialist to lead technology and AI training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and to onboard new hires. The role emphasizes training delivery over IT support or instructional design and requires a dynamic, high-energy trainer able to engage adult learners.

The ideal candidate will facilitate sessions for employees at various levels, partner with SMEs, and stay current with AI and learning trends to incorporate new tools into training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Learning & Development, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, technology training or related field.
• Proven experience facilitating live classroom training and presenting to groups.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to explain technology clearly to different audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, polished and engaging presentation style with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual technology and AI training to employees at various levels.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding and other recurring learning programs.
• Serve as a visible and approachable technology resource within the organization.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and business objectives.
• Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop and improve training content.
• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides and other learning resources.
• Assist with technology/software rollouts, pilot training, testing and user feedback.
• Support training projects and coordinate with various internal teams.
• Track attendance, maintain learning records and provide training metrics.
• Stay current with AI, technology and learning trends and identify opportunities to incorporate new tools into training.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
