Job summary

The State of South Carolina's Information Systems / Business Analyst III leads technology training and AI adoption across the college, developing and delivering programs that boost enterprise systems proficiency and digital workplace adoption.

You will collaborate with IT staff, college departments, and leadership to identify learning needs, create materials, and continuously improve content while ensuring security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Experience developing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain technology training materials and resources for enterprise applications and digital workplace tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Assess organizational training needs and identify knowledge gaps to support technology adoption.
• Research emerging technologies and AI trends to enhance training content and outcomes.
• Update training programs to align with evolving business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and partners to improve processes through training.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a technology learning resource for the college community.
