Job summary

Qualifications

Experience developing technology training materials and AI-enabled content.
Ability to design instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and maintain training materials and learning resources.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps across college departments.
Research emerging technologies, especially AI, for training opportunities.
Update training programs to stay current with business and tech needs.
Maintain documentation standards, procedures, and security requirements.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and partners to improve processes.
Provide excellent customer service and serve as the technology learning resource.
Perform other duties as assigned.
