Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements, from initial planning to successful project completion. You will coordinate the Implementation team, ensure timely delivery within scope, and consistently exceed client expectations.

We are looking for a proactive professional to orchestrate complex AI and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, partnering with Product and Technical teams to drive outcomes in B2B SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years in a client-facing capacity.
• Experience leading client engagements with enterprise and mid-level clients.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources to deliver on client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for client teams and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee complex AI/digital project implementations and integrations.
• Champion PM best practices to improve delivery efficiency and client experience.
