Job summary

Wipro is seeking a P&L leader for a large AI account, with proven Alphabet/Google experience. You will drive direct client relationships, create and deliver against strategic plans, and lead across business, technology, and sales operations to grow revenue and order bookings.

You will build CXO-level relationships, own the strategic account plan, and manage staffing and IP roadmaps within the P&L. This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct enterprise sales with Alphabet/Google experience.
• Proven YoY revenue growth and sizeable deal pipelines.
• Strong client connections and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Own direct pipeline creation, revenue generation and order booking against account targets.
• Build and own relationships with CXOs; position Wipro as an AI leader.
• Own strategic account plan, hiring, resourcing, and IP roadmaps.
• Collaborate across CTOs, VBLs, and ventures to create propositions.
• Oversee contracts and act as custodian of engagement agreements.
