Applicants should have 7+ years in quota-bearing enterprise sales, especially with AI labs or AI giants, and a deep understanding of the AI data lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, with a mandatory AI Data lab/AI tech giant background.
• Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of AI data lifecycle, including RLHF, data curation, and model training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Relentless hunting: prospect, qualify, and close net-new enterprise accounts at top-tier AI companies.
• Self-sufficient execution: draft pitches, create slide decks, drive the commercial narrative without hand-holding.
• Deep technical selling: engage with AI researchers and CTOs; discuss model training bottlenecks and RLHF workflows.
• Always on the field: attend industry events, travel to client sites, build in-person relationships.
• Drive high-velocity, multi-million-dollar deals from first contact to close.
