You will shape AI strategy, ensure governance, and turn pilots into scalable outcomes with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with client-facing transformation experience in AI.
• Track record of delivering enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across software engineering, modernization, and SRE.
• Shape AI-led transformation roadmaps and commercial models.
• Ensure AI initiatives move from pilots to governed value realization.
• Lead a team of AI thought leaders to deliver client outcomes.
• Define success metrics and dashboards for AI adoption impact.
• Design AI-driven transformation programs and deals with clients.
