WRITER seeks an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating strategy into measurable P&L impact across the WRITER platform.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding executives through an AI-first operating model and influencing product roadmaps. Hybrid role in SF/Seattle, reporting to the director of AI transformation and success. This role offers broad cross-functional impact across sales, CS, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking with ability to translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication skills for boards and cross-functional teams.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with a success manager.
• Serve as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50‑100 clients by defining vision and JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C‑suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, manage escalations, risk, and program updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell.
• Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the team.
