Job summary

Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is hiring an Engagement Manager for an on-site role in NYC/SF/Boston/London/Singapore. You will manage 25–35 enterprise customers, drive onboarding to outcomes, and partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve AI search adoption and value.

Expect collaboration with internal teams, strategic reviews, and proactive risk management to ensure successful deployments and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise customers driving strategic outcomes in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to measurable outcomes with the Profound platform
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and manage relationships with stakeholders across teams
• Become an expert in AI search and understand how large language models work
• Multithread engagements to mitigate turnover-related risks
• Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and address technical challenges
