Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting scale, tech-touch, or SMB customers.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes with systems thinking and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong customer relationships.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and solving challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using quantitative data.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tech-touch strategies in partnership with the Scale team to realize value for hundreds of SMB customers.
• Own the full customer journey through onboarding, implementation, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Become an expert in the AI search space and understand how large language models work.
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.
