Qualifications
- Experience in incident and problem management using ITIL-aligned practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with complex incidents.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, IIS, and PowerShell.
- Ability to create and maintain IT operational docs and runbooks.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve Tier II support issues escalated by Help Desk.
- Perform system-level tasks to restore service (IIS resets, app pool recycling).
- Monitor system health and analyze logs to prevent issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow per SLAs.
- Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
