Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent.
• Five years’ teaching experience preferred.
• Strong AI content development experience or high potential.
• Experience with prompting and evaluating AI-generated content.
• Ability to work with unfamiliar programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve assessment content quality.
• Collaborate with Pearson teams and educators.
• Support customer meetings and test construction activities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies in content creation.
