Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is hiring to build and ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows. You will own end-to-end capabilities, from design to production, focusing on accuracy, security, and reliability in claims and repair workflows.

You will prototype and deploy data pipelines, ensure privacy by design, and collaborate with product managers and data scientists to measure success in a fast-paced, secure cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Shipping an LLM-powered feature to production and operating it.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript with strong typing and async code.
• Experience designing LLM evals and guardrails.
• Experience blending LLMs with semantic search and NLP.
• Event-driven architectures with durable workflows (e.g., Temporal).
• Data modeling across PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Neo4j.
• Azure or AWS backend deployment and observability.
• Clear written and spoken communication for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows in Python/TypeScript from problem scoping to production traffic.
• Write evals, guardrails, and feedback loops with token and latency budgets.
• Review generated code for correctness, security, and design before PRs.
• Maintain NLP pipelines turning unstructured claims data into structured data.
• Build durable, event-driven services with checkpointed model outputs and retries.
• Trace model calls and agent steps, enabling auditability with source citations.
• Model and query claims data across relational, document, and graph stores.
• Design privacy/security from the start: tenant isolation and least-privilege access.
• Write technical design documents and gain team buy-in before building.
• Participate in on-call rotations for services you build.
