Job summary

Cohere in New York seeks Software Engineers with Applied AI to own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), delivering concrete business value in enterprise workflows.

You will work with customers on real-world problems, integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources, ensuring reliability, observability, and security from day one; travel 20–40% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying RAG/agentic applications.
• Deep familiarity with frontier LLM stacks and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-value business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents with reliability and performance across tools and data sources.
• Own end-to-end use cases and contribute to shared AI frameworks.
