Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows, turning unstructured claim data into structured information with robust security and privacy considerations.

You will own end-to-end features from problem framing with product managers and data scientists through production traffic, including evals, guardrails, and tracing for auditability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature in production.
• Typed, tested, async Python/TypeScript code.
• Design and implement evals, guardrails, and output constraints for LLMs.
• Proven approach to constraining model context and verifying outputs.

Responsibilities

• Ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows end‑to‑end in Python and TypeScript.
• Write evals, guardrails, and feedback loops for trustworthy outputs.
• Maintain NLP pipelines and enable structured data from unstructured claims data.
• Design durable, event-driven services with traceable model calls for auditability.
