Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a software leader to own LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows for customers. You will guide product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions with strong privacy and security baselines.

You’ll shape evals, guardrails, and architectures that scale across multi-tenant environments. You will design NLP pipelines, manage events, and ensure traceability of model calls, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with an LLM-powered system shipped to external customers.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with strong testing discipline.
• Experience designing evals/guardrails for AI features.

Responsibilities

• Own LLM-powered systems end to end from problem framing to production.
• Set evals, guardrails, and production signals for releases.
• Design NLP pipelines and determine when semantic search vs NLP fits.
