CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring to own and operate LLM-powered systems end to end. You will define evals, guardrails, and production readiness for multi-tenant, event-driven workflows, while steering secure architecture and observability.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and customers to ship reliable AI-powered claims and repair solutions. You’ll design NLP pipelines, optimize tooling with agentic coding tools, and mentor engineers, ensuring privacy, security, and robust

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering, with an LLM-powered system shipped to external customers.
• Experience guiding a model or prompt migration in production.
• Strong Python and TypeScript, with high code quality and testing discipline.
• Defined evals/guardrails for product areas, incl. human approvals and production corrections.
• Architected durable, multi-tenant, event-driven systems with clear failure handling.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of LLM-powered systems from problem framing to production operation.
• Set guards, gates, signals, and testing for releases with historical data comparisons.
• Improve agentic coding tool usage: specs, hooks, and permission policies.
• Design NLP pipelines blending semantic search, NLP, and LLM as appropriate.
• Ensure privacy, security, tenant isolation, and least-privilege access.
• Document designs, review peers, and mentor engineers across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain observability of model calls and steps.
