Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least one LLM-powered feature shipped and operated in production.
• Python and TypeScript: typed, tested, async code in both, with real depth in one.
• Evals and guardrails designed for LLM output, plus production safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows in Python and TypeScript from product-defined problems through production traffic.
• Write evals, guardrails, and feedback loops ensuring trust with token and latency budgets.
• Review generated code for correctness, security, and design before merging.
• Maintain NLP pipelines turning unstructured claim data into structured data for action.
• Build and operate durable, event-driven services with checkpointed outputs and replay-safe architecture.
• Trace model calls and agent steps with citations for auditability.
