SPS Commerce is seeking an AI & Automations Builder (HR) to design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows across the HR tech landscape, including Workday and ADP. You will own cross‑platform automation end to end, collaborating with HR and IT to remove friction and improve data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or related experience.
• 3–5 years of experience building and deploying automated workflows or AI-powered agents in production.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for building and troubleshooting workflows.
• Experience with integration design across multiple platforms (Workday/ADP a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows across HR tech (Workday, ADP, Learning Tech Stack).
• Own the technical approach for cross‑platform automations end to end from scoping to delivery.
• Identify and build solutions for HR processes beyond existing system boundaries.
• Partner with HR teams to remove friction via agentic AI and automation.
• Build integrations and data flows across Workday, ADP, and learning platforms.
• Support People Analytics by creating automated data pipelines and self‑service reporting.
• Audit HR processes across platforms to find manual tasks and engineer scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and Scrum roles on release management and integration design.
• Coordinate with enterprise AI Engineering on shared patterns and infrastructure.
• Share reusable agent patterns within the AI Enablement community.
• Document workflows clearly for ongoing support and auditing.
