You will own post-sale relationships through full implementation and growth, translate business needs into actionable project plans for the technical team, and drive adoption through workshops and training. Hybrid/remote options available in NY.

• Experience in project management or account management in a SaaS or AI environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Native or professional-level English with a client-first mentality.
