You will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver adoption, value realization, and measurable outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years in AI/ML, with 3–5 years leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, data science, business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in AI, ML, digital transformation, product management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams.
• Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversee project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Quantify and track business value, adoption metrics, and ROI for AI initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Manage team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.
