• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Practical knowledge of generative AI and emerging technologies, including AI agents, RAG and intelligent document processing.
• Experience delivering training or enabling non-technical users.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms and complex systems integrations.

We’re seeking a Director of AI Delivery to lead a focused portfolio of AI and automation initiatives, turning business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

This is a business-facing role for someone who can bridge the gap between operations and technology, identifying opportunities, defining requirements and driving AI projects from discovery through to implementation and adoption.

A key role to the business as you help the company take on AI, being an advisory, vendor manager, enabler and eventually coming up your own achievable AI strategies for the business.

We need a commercially minded, hands-on delivery leader who understands business operations, communicates confidently with technical teams and focuses on getting AI solutions into production with measurable results. *This is not a technical role, more someone who understands and can talk the tech but will be very much business facing.
