Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff, AI & Technology Enablement Manager to own AI capability and operational infrastructure for Expert Excellence in Mountain View. You will design automated workflows, deploy AI agents, and serve as the internal AI SME across content, curriculum, and delivery teams.

The role is hands‑on, focusing on production AI deployments, adoption without mandates, and defining an AI‑native operations function in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with end‑to‑end ownership
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI or automation systems in production
• Direct production experience with large language model APIs
• Experience designing and managing agentic AI systems
• Ability to drive workflow adoption without mandate
• Experience enabling non‑technical teams to use AI tools
• Comfort translating between L&D/ops and technical partners
• Measurable track record of reducing operational friction
• Strong cross‑functional influence across business functions
• Experience in high‑growth, ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize impact
• Map learning production workflow to reduce friction via automation
• Design and implement workflow infrastructure with observable progress
• Own PMO platform evaluation and implementation across tooling
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents addressing high‑value opportunities
• Build an org‑wide AI enablement program with content and delivery teams
• Serve as internal AI SME on platform capabilities, governance, patterns
• Assess and manage technology stack decisions and vendor relationships
