Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Salesforce Einstein, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with change management practices.
• Experience creating business cases and ROI analyses.
