Job summary

Chime is seeking a Program Manager, AI Enablement to own cross-functional AI programs that move teams from awareness to action.

You will design cadence, milestones, success metrics, and governance from day one while partnering with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People to deploy AI-enabled solutions.

The base salary starts at $138,000 and can go up to $190,000 with bonus and equity; remote options and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech environment.
• Ability to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics without external structure.
• Track record of driving behavior change and adoption, not just completion.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end: design, cadence, activation, outcomes.
• Investigate workflow bottlenecks and design programs addressing root causes.
• Collaborate with teams to build AI-enabled solutions and hands-on in design and build.
• Set health models with metrics, milestones, and shareable status.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and resources across the organization.
• Develop self-serve enablement resources (playbooks, golden paths).
• Lead change management: training, communications, activation.
• Incorporate governance and documentation from the start.
• Measure fluency, adoption signals, and productivity aligned to company goals; report to leadership.
• Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, BizOps, People to operationalize future of work at Chime.
