LGBT Great is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI across the Product Strategy Group, fundamentally reshaping operations. This role focuses on enhancing the entire Product Strategist lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to improving client servicing.

The qualified candidate should have substantial experience in deploying AI tools at enterprise scale. Leadership skills and the ability to manage change across teams are essential. The role offers competitive compensation in the range of $205K - $240K.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in asset management or financial services is a plus.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or productivity tool deployments.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled solutions, including automation and decision-support.

Responsibilities

• Own AI enablement across the Product Strategy lifecycle.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Develop and drive a clear AI roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Map Product Strategy workflows for AI-driven improvements.
• Partner closely with Technology and Engineering teams.
