Job summary

Chime seeks a Program Manager, AI Enablement to own end-to-end AI enablement programs that accelerate adoption and impact across the organization. You will design cadence, milestones, and success metrics, then partner with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams to implement practical AI tools and workflows.

You will lead change management, build self-serve resources, and establish governance while ensuring programs deliver measurable fluency and productivity aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a tech environment
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into a structured program with narrative, roadmap, milestones, and cadence
• History of driving behavior change and measurable results, not just launches
• Hands-on experience building or automating workflows using AI tools
• Experience owning large, distributed programs without direct authority, maintaining activation and accountability

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end: design, cadence, activation, and fluency outcomes
• Deep-dive into workflow problems to design programs addressing root causes
• Partner with teams to build AI-enabled solutions, not just rollout
• Define program health from day one: success metrics, milestones, status on shared surfaces
• Drive adoption of AI tools and resources for independent use by teams
• Create self-serve enablement resources (playbooks, golden paths)
• Lead change management: training, communications, activation to shift behavior
• Build governance and documentation into programs from the start
• Measure fluency, adoption, and productivity aligned to company goals and report to leadership
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams
