Responsibilities

• Define and own the measurement framework for AI and App Experience metrics used as a source of truth across product, design, engineering, and member services.
• Set strategy for understanding engagement, adoption, and feature quality; anticipate changes and advise leadership on actions.
• Be the arbiter of truth with data; raise the bar for high-stakes analyses and define what good looks like.
