Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical and analytical concepts for various audiences.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms.
• Track record of designing and delivering training and workshops.
• 3+ years owning metrics and adoption reporting.

• Own and drive Crowe's AI Enablement strategy.
• Design and deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum.
• Manage the firmwide AI Champion Community.
• Direct creation of enablement materials and guides.
• Produce analytics and reports for leadership.
