Job summary

Chime is seeking a Program Manager, AI Enablement in San Francisco to own end-to-end AI enablement initiatives. You will design narratives, roadmaps, milestones, and metrics, partnering with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams to drive adoption of AI tools and self-serve resources.

You will lead change management, define governance, and build programs that survive without you, impacting fluency and productivity aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Ability to craft narrative, roadmap, milestones, and cadence.
• Experience driving behavior change and adoption.
• Hands-on with AI tooling and workflows.
• Experience owning large distributed programs without direct authority.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end.
• Understand workflow bottlenecks and design root-cause solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Define program health: metrics, milestones, status on shared surfaces.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and resources.
• Develop self-serve enablement resources.
• Lead change management: training and communications.
• Build governance into programs from the start.
• Measure fluency, adoption signals, and productivity tied to goals.
• Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams.
