Job summary

Apple's Apps team seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive strategy and delivery of internal AI enablement and optimization initiatives. You will own roadmaps, partner with engineering and QA, and ensure progress is communicated across teams.

The role requires guiding AI/ML projects through full lifecycles with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and delivering high-impact outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience driving AI/ML technology projects.
• 1+ years of experience leading AI/ML-adjacent projects and optimization initiatives.
• Strong background in engineering and quality-aware program management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and prioritization skills.
• Experience delivering technologies and services through full project lifecycles using Agile.
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and navigate delivery dependencies.
• Analytical problem solving with the ability to deconstruct problems and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering and quality priorities into roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, QA and stakeholder teams to sequence work and track progress.
