Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Data team to drive a scalable, AI-ready data platform with strong governance. You will lead the Data Engineering function, mentor engineers, and partner with Analytics, Product, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver high-quality data products that empower growth.

You will champion data quality, CI/CD, and operational reliability while collaborating across teams to remove obstacles and maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Data Engineering teams.
• Proven experience building scalable AI-ready data tools and trusted data products.
• Strong partnership with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing to drive outcomes.
• Experience driving data quality, governance, CI/CD, and operational reliability.
• Experience with Growth and Marketing Data tech including attribution, funnels, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive next-generation FinTech data initiatives and scalable architecture.
• Partner with Analytics, Product, Data Science, and stakeholders to deliver trusted data products.
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams with a culture of excellence.
