The role includes designing a scalable AI learning curriculum, delivering training sessions, and coordinating LMS activities while partnering with HR and L&D to drive company-wide AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the AI enablement program across the business — foundational training, role-specific sessions, hands-on labs, and self-paced pathways.
• Design and maintain the AI learning curriculum across proficiency levels, from baseline literacy to workflow integration and agent building.
• Run the live enablement cadence: weekly office hours, team workshops and labs, protected practice time, and monthly showcases.
• Build and lead the AI Champion Network with training, roundtables, and rotation.
• Co-own mandatory learning and policy acknowledgement with HR and L&D — tracking, compliance, and the Learning Hub.
